 Medieval manuscript illuminations inspired my submission for what later became Trillium Cellars, a collaborative wine series produced by students from George Brown Polytechnic and Niagara College. The concept draws on timeless imagery of craftsmanship, artistry, and symbolism to evoke the kind of elegance you'd expect from a label that understands and respects the contents of the bottle.

Five label designs were selected from student presentations and adapted into a cohesive series. My mermaid illustration was chosen for the Brut Sparkling Traditional Method, one of the VQA wines in the debut fall 2024 release. 

Mythic Vintage, my original presentation including all five label designs, is available in this portfolio. The full series is available at The Chefs' House restaurant and CHCA special events, where it is also used in applied learning by George Brown hospitality and culinary arts students.

Ontario Wine Appellation Authority VQA labelling requirements were followed throughout.
